Support Needs Assessments
When assessing a persons functional capacity we can determine the type and amount of help they require to achieve all their activities of daily living.
We have access to refer to a number of service providers who offer the elderly, or people with an illness or injury support in their own homes.
Following an assessment of your needs, we can clearly outline the task descriptions, the time required to complete the task and make a referral to the service Provider of your choice.
These assessment scan also be used when developing your NDIS plan to justify the amount of support hours and subsequently funding that you require in your plan.
